1. Acceptance

By installing or using peek-it (“the app”), published by JOLABS40, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Licence

peek-it is provided free of charge under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private use. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile or modify the app beyond what the law allows.

3. Operation and third-party services

peek-it interfaces with Home Assistant, third-party software that you install and administer yourself. JOLABS40 is not affiliated with the Home Assistant project and is not responsible for its operation. The app runs on your local network; its availability depends on your hardware and configuration.

4. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, JOLABS40 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use or inability to use it.

5. Intellectual property

peek-it, its name, logo and interface are protected. Embedded open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. The applicable version is the one dated above.
